Hi, I'm Ludivine

I lead operations and complex programme delivery in AI safety.

I bring fourteen years of experience getting mission-critical digital infrastructure built and delivered across the UK public sector and high-growth technology companies, paired with graduate research at UCL in causal machine learning for algorithmic fairness.

My focus is pragmatic: operationalising AI governance, helping safety research organisations scale their work, and bridging the divide between technical researchers, policymakers, and the public.

What I bring

  • Extensive delivery leadership experience

I’ve led teams and delivered mission-critical programmes across national government departments and tech scale-ups. I know how to navigate public scrutiny, coordinate external suppliers, and deliver complex projects on tight timelines.

  • Structured convening & workshops

In emerging fields like AI safety, progress hinges on getting people who speak entirely different languages aligned and moving. I design and run engaging workshops, working sessions, and strategy retreats that cut through debate, build shared mental models, and turn conversations into concrete roadmaps and decisions.

  • Sensible governance from scratch

I don't believe in process for its own sake or bureaucratic compliance. I set up pragmatic working cadences, clear decision-making structures, and risk oversight that integrate into delivery rather than slowing teams down.

  • Cross-discipline problem solving and execution

I’m a proactive generalist who moves easily across different functions to keep projects moving smoothly. Having worked across technical delivery, hiring, operations, and compliance, I don't stay in a narrow lane when progress stalls, I roll up my sleeves to resolve practical bottlenecks and protect momentum.
